My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why Syd and myself are taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. We all know someone who has faced this terrible disease. This is why we are going to do our best to raise some much needed funds in honour of family and friends who have won their battle, lost their battle and those who are fighting now. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
