I am taking part in the Shine Night Walk in Nottingham for a couple of reasons,to honor my courageous family and friends and to motivate me to a better mindset and healthier lifestyle. This event is for all of my loved ones that I have lost and ones that still continue to battle this awful disease. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
