My Story
Cancer has brought too much sorrow to each family. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. The more understanding of cancer has developed, the more methods of prevention have been introduced, the more lives can be saved. In the 1970s just 1 in 4 cancer patients survived their disease for 10 years or more. Today 2 in 4 survive and UK scientists aim to achieve 3 in 4 patients surviving the disease by 2034. So George and I are taking part in the Race for Life Pretty Muddy (afterward George will play violin at Tesco - Blue Boar Lane) to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Every single pound you donate will light up the journey against cancers. Please sponsor us.
