Ian Wardhaugh
Emily is one of the most amazing young people I've ever had the privilege of working with. She's sassy, chatty and just hilarious. You can't help smiling after a few hours with Emily! π½ πΈ π§π»ββοΈ This is mostly down to her incredible parents who themselves are cheeky, creative and inspiring to name just a few things. Sadly Emily's dad, Ian, lost his battle with cancer recently. Listening to Ian talk about Emily at her 18th birthday literally had me welling up. What a man! What a dad! β₯οΈ Emily has decided that she and I, along with her sister Lottie too, will be running the Cancer Research Muddy Race in July in honour of Ian, her dad. ππΌββοΈ ππΌββοΈ ππΎββοΈ π₯Ύπ It would mean the world to me, Emily, her family and all those currently battling cancer if you could sponsor us (whatever you can- no donation too small!) I want to leave you with one of the first things Emily told me after her dad died, she said, "If you hear thunder β‘, that's my daddy farting in heaven!" π What an amazing family! β₯οΈ Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UKβs groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us.
