We are taking part in the race for life to help raise money to beat cancer.
In memory of
Everyone who has lost their life to cancer. Too many.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us now. On 23rd June we are racing (well, walking - but that's a challenge in itself) as three generations of the same family - Agnes (nanny), Michelle (daughter) and Maddie (grandaughter / niece). We will set out at 11am at the Hampton Pier area in Herne Bay and finish there too (no idea what time). Conveniently, though, the finish is right next to a great pub where no doubt a celebratory drink will be consumed.
