We are taking part in the race for life to help raise money to beat cancer.

My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us now. On 23rd June we are racing (well, walking - but that's a challenge in itself) as three generations of the same family - Agnes (nanny), Michelle (daughter) and Maddie (grandaughter / niece). We will set out at 11am at the Hampton Pier area in Herne Bay and finish there too (no idea what time). Conveniently, though, the finish is right next to a great pub where no doubt a celebratory drink will be consumed. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
