In memory of
Andrew Robinson
Hi my name is Thomas and I am running Manchester 10k race for life with my mum on the 15th July in memory of my mums friends son, Andrew Robinson after he sadly passed away after a year long battle with myeloma cancer Andrew had myeloma cancer, which is a type of cancer that develops from cells in the bone marrow called plasma cells, usually this type of cancer only develop in older people, but after year long battle and four course of chemo, he had finally gone into remission, and with stem cell treatment, he thought he’d finally won this battle, but as result of all the treatment Andrew got a infection, but with all the antibiotics to fight it, he’s blood count never raised which developed into sepsis, and sadly he passed away at the age of 38, leaving mum, dad, wife and 7 children I am running this to support my mum but this will be my 1st timed 10k race, please give give whatever you can afford for this worthy cause Many thanks Thomas x
