My Story
On the 19th June the Thales Senior Leadership Team will step out of the corporate world into a tent filled with flour, buttercream and fondant in a baking spectacular, competing against 12 of our finest baking Graduates and Apprentices in the “Great Thales Bake Off”. In 2 hours the teams will defy gravity with a three sponge, homemade jam, swiss buttercream “Gravity Cake” with not a soggy bottom in sight. The purpose of the event is to raise money for Stand up to Cancer helping to fund lifesaving research. Your donation will help to support research, getting new tests and treatments across the line faster so more lives can be saved. 100% of your donation will go directly to Cancer Research UK. During the event there will be live updates and photos of the bakes in progress. So please give generously and you never know we may uncover some budding Paul Hollywood’s or Pru Leith’s.

The research you fund will help us see 3 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer by 2034.
