The Snowdon +100 challenge
The Area 10 team are putting themselves to the test during the Centenary Challenge - Not only are they climbing a mountain(!), they are challenging themselves to 100 exercises each day throughout one week in August.

The Snowdon Challenge will involve a walk up and down Snowdon and to make it more exciting we are adding in 100 star jumps during the mountain walk.

The exercises that need to be completed during one week in August include:
Monday – 100 x sit ups
Tuesday – 100 x push ups
Wednesday – 100 x squats
Thursday – 100 x star jumps
Friday – 100 x leg lunges (50 each side)
Saturday – 100 second plank
Sunday – 100 x burpees

The Area 10 team will be sharing their videos and photos throughout the week to help raise money for Cancel Research UK.
