We are raising as much as we can to beat cancer

Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page.

The teachers from The Pilates Workshop studios in Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans and Leighton Buzzard, along with the help from friends of the studio, are going LIVE on Instagram and Facebook for 24 hours.

From 12pm Sunday 24th May to 12pm Bank Holiday Monday 25th May, The Pilates Workshop will be LIVE - on the hour, every hour - guiding you through a variety of activities, including Pilates, ballet and yoga.

Cancer Research UK is the world’s largest charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Recent events have led to many of their annual fundraising activities being postponed. They need us now more than ever.

Join us LIVE from 12pm Sunday 24th – 12pm Monday 25th May
Thank you for the support
