My Story

Longest Day Up is a motorbike challenge to travel from Land’s End to John O'Groats on the longest day of the year between sunrise and sunset. Bikes must have been bought for no more than £600. I tried to complete the journey last year on a £300 Suzuki Burgman, but manged just 2/3 distance. On the plus side, I raised £2,520! This year I'm back again and will attempt to raise £1000 riding my £300 Honda CB500 called 'RiTA'. Together we can help beat cancer. This ride and all that is involved with it have acheived and raised so much. I'm honroured to play a part in that.

CAUSE

Prostate cancer

Each year, around 55,100 people are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the UK. That’s around 150 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat prostate cancer.
