My Story
Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. As our chances of being impacted by cancer at some point in our lives dramatically increases, The Frogs are experiencing our own journey like many other groups of friends and families around the UK. John Zinn, our Saxophonist has successfully knocked prostrate cancer on the head, thanks to an early diagnosis and great treament, and James Byatt, our Band Leader is entering his 3rd year of living with Stage 4 Bowel cancer. In an effort to say thanks, and give back what we can, we are hosting a Charity Gala in January to celebrate us all still being here and our dogged determination to keep Rockin' & Rollin' on. Whether you can come to the event or or just donate, please give what you can on this page and we will collate all profits and proceeds to this worthy cause in February 2027. Thank you. In the last 50 years, Cancer Research UK’s work has helped double cancer survival in the UK. But we need to go further, faster. Donate today to help bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
