My Story
Seven hills. Fourteen miles. One reason. This Friday, a hardy team from The Drum plus some of our good friends are trekking Edinburgh's Seven Hills with Business Beats Cancer Edinburgh, in aid of Cancer Research UK. Cancer touches nearly everyone we know - friends, family, colleagues. Fourteen miles and a few thousand feet of climbing is a tiny ask next to what patients face in treatment, or what researchers and care teams face every day on the front line. We'll feel each and every hill and step come the end of the afternoon but it will be well worth it. Your donation helps fund some of the best research. Thanks for your support.

Breast cancers
Each year, over 56,800 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. That’s more than 150 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat breast cancer.
