My Story
Seven hills. Fourteen miles. One reason. This Friday, a hardy team from The Drum plus some of our good friends are trekking Edinburgh's Seven Hills with Business Beats Cancer Edinburgh, in aid of Cancer Research UK. Cancer touches nearly everyone we know - friends, family, colleagues. Fourteen miles and a few thousand feet of climbing is a tiny ask next to what patients face in treatment, or what researchers and care teams face every day on the front line. We'll feel each and every hill and step come the end of the afternoon but it will be well worth it. Your donation helps fund some of the best research. Thanks for your support. UPDATE on our progress: Catriona Duncan, Ronan Antoniewicz, Ellie Menmuir, Steve Antoniewicz, Christine White, Evan Dunn, Paul Varela, Nick Creed, Stephen Young, Lucas Davidson and myself Dot Stafylarakis successfully completed the walk on 28th August.
