During the last few years my family has had far too many dealings with cancer. Some lost the battle, but others through early diagnosis & treatment have come through. Lockdown has seen me meet up with my friend Liz to motivate us to get out there and exercise. We have decided to put our efforts to good use and join in the Very 2020 Race for Life. It will be Liz’s first 5k and I will proudly run along side her. Every little helps so give if you can. Thank you!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
