Raising funds for cancer charities who have helped me and thousands of others affected by cancer.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2016. Opting for a mastectomy for my treatment, I was one of the lucky ones who has had a relatively short journey with cancer. I underwent breast reconstruction on 5th April 2017 and now look forward to returning to full fitness throughout the rest of 2017. Race for Life is my next challenge, only 7 weeks after surgery, in a year of fundraising for cancer charities. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
