Grandad Steve
My Story
My beautiful big girl has asked to run the Kids Pretty Muddy Race for Life this year to raise money for a cause that has undoubtedly affected all of us at some point in our lives or unfortunately is likely to. She lost her Grandad before she was even 3 years old to the horrible disease that is cancer. If you can spare anything at all to support her, she would be so grateful. I could not be prouder of her for choosing to do this not only in memory of her Grandad, but also for the people around us who have fought and survived and all the people still fighting.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
