My Dad was the best Grandad and Dad that I could of ever wished. We miss him so much every single day. Unfortunately in 2016 after Numerous visits to the doctors with back pain My dad finally got a referral to the hospital but we found out he had a tumour in his bowel which spread out of the bowel very aggressively. If it was wasn’t for the chemotherapy and Certain drug used in Combination with the chemotherapy, We wouldn’t of been able to spend the 13 months we had with him. This is why I am taken part in the race for life to help cancer research help find a cure or more stronger drugs like what was used with my dad to help other families and people with cancer ❤️ please sponsor me Thanks for taken the time to read this ❤️
CAUSE
Bowel cancer
Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
