Myself and my two girls, Rach and Bethy, are running the Tunbridge Wells 5k together. work as part of the NHS Kent, Surrey and Sussex, Public Health Screening Contracting Team. Screening and early detection is so important and raising awareness and make your loved ones go for their screening is just so vitally important. Even if you can’t dontate please spread the word. Mike and I are also running the Manchester 10k on 20th May! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
