It has nearly been 5 years since I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I am still winning the battle. In that time there have been a number of beautiful people I know who have also been diagnosed with breast cancer. I am running for those who have just been diagnosed, for those who are fighting the battle every day, for the survivors and for those we have sadly lost too soon. Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
