My Story

Since we last met for our event at Club La Santa we have unfortunately lost 2 of our 'fitness family' to Cancer; our dear friends 'Val' (Valerie Rowe) and Gary MacDougall. Both were loyal followers of Total Body Conditioning Weeks and brought so much love, happiness and energy to the event and everyone that they spoke to. They are going to be sorely missed when we finally get a chance to be at Club La Santa together again! So in their memory, to celebrate their life and something that they loved, we are hosting our online fitness event on Sunday 9th May. All of the TBCW presenter team have donated their time to bring you a day of classes that you can enjoy from home. All we ask is that you leave a donation on this page to Cancer Research UK that will help fund life-saving research and hopefully bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Once you have left a donation you will need to add yourself to the Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/tbcwonline Ensure you answer the questions to get access to the closed Facebook group. This is where all the information about the event and also the livestreams will be posted. Of course if you just want to leave a donation without taking part in the event that is perfectly fine.
