My Story
Everybody has been affected by cancer in some way or form and it is sadly a disease that affects so many people during their life. Advances in research, screening, testing and treatment have meant that survival rates are increasing. Many of those close to me will know the difficulty I have had with my mobility int the past couple of years due to health related physical deconditioning and will notice that I have been working towards staying as physically active as I can, taking new opportunities where I can find them. Cancer Research UK's Walk all Over Cancer is a great opportunity to set daily targets, get outside and raise some money towards helping those affected by cancer. I'm looking forward to having such a great motivation for walking a little further each day and I hope you can all join me in raising money for such a worthy cause.
