My Story
My lovely friends and I are taking part in the 10k Shine Night Walk to help raise vital funds for Cancer Research. After my recent diagnosis of Ovarian cancer we have chosen to donate to Ovarian Cancer Research, particularly to raise money for better treatments in rare types of ovarian cancer. I aim to walk as much of this journey as I can with my friends but they will be walking the whole 10k, so please support them. Please donate to help us raise such vital funds! Thank you 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference.

Ovarian cancer
Each year, around 7,500 people are diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the UK. That’s 21 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat ovarian cancer.
