My Story
'Cancer is an ugly disease, but the beauty of life after cancer is worth fighting for'. With my amazing work girls from Respiratory/Oncology team at the James Paget Hospital by my side, we are taking part in this years 5K Pretty Muddy for Cancer Research. We see on a daily basis what impact this truly awful disease has on our patients and their loved ones and also the effect of treatment decisions. This is also something personally close to my heart as this has affected our family over the past few years. So.. we’re going to brave the mud to do our bit to help others fight their battle.

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
