I'm taking on a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money to beat cancer

'Cancer is an ugly disease, but the beauty of life after cancer is worth fighting for'.

With my amazing work girls from Respiratory/Oncology team at the James Paget Hospital by my side, we are taking part in this years 5K Pretty Muddy for Cancer Research. We see on a daily basis what impact this truly awful disease has on our patients and their loved ones and also the effect of treatment decisions.

This is also something personally close to my heart as this has affected our family over the past few years.

So.. we’re going to brave the mud to do our bit to help others fight their battle.
