My Grandma
My Story
Last year I lost a lady that I was so close to,my Grandma Jean to bowel cancer.We didn't know she was suffering from this until it was too late.She under went major bowel surgery at 86 and pulled through what an amazing,brave lady she was to go through all that,im so proud of her!unfortunately her body wasn't strong enough to recover and she passed away a week later.devestating.So I'm raising money to help make awareness and that hopefully one day there might be a cure for such a horrible illness. cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
