20 mile Race for Life Hike! When I signed up, just two weeks ago, I had no idea life was about to change forever!
My Story
Just a couple of weeks ago, Fliss said “I really fancy this, shall we do it?” I replied, “yea go on then” I had no idea it would mean so much! Just six days before the hike, my dad was taken into hospital, with what we thought was just complications with a fracture in his spine. Fast forward a little to two days before the hike and Dad is on an oncology ward, receiving treatment! Wow! Amazing how fast lives can be turned upside down and how quickly things can change. I never know how poignant this hike would turn out to be!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
