I am walking the 5k to raise money to help raise awareness for cancer research

Cancer is horrible but worse when you see your family member knocked off there feet with this fate. I lost my grandad in 2012 from cancer and was heart broken and recently a family friend passed away from lung cancer it not right to watch any one suffer. We need to raise money to help fight against cancer.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
