My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. On the 28th July 2019, I am running for cancer research, in memory of my beautiful Godmother Wendy Dunn who sadly passed away in May this year at the age of 51, after loosing her brave and courageous battle to Cancer. Wendy was always true to herself and was a great role model to look up to. She touched everyone’s hearts in some way or another. Not only was she my godmother but also a friend who was always there to put a smile on everyones face and brighten up their day. I want to make sure Wendy’s name is not forgotten and that she constantly lives on in our hearts and in our thoughts. This is also in memory of my Grandad who is still sadly missed 12 years on. We all know someone who has lost someone or who are battling this terrible disease, please help me to raise funds for the much needed research to beat cancer. Every little helps so if you can only afford a couple of pounds, please rest assured that will make a huge difference. Thank you XX
