South West Coast Path 360 Ultra

Liza was diagnosed with breast cancer, it had all happened so quickly, before she had chance to digest the situation Liza had started 7months of Chemotherapy, a mastectomy, Radiotherapy & a 10yr course of Tamoxifen, it was during this invasive journey Liza began to realise & appreciate more the importance of the great outdoors and its healing properties. Throughout all of her treatment Liza has found mindfulness in her Trail Running, woodland walks, StandUpPaddle boarding & her new love... Growing her Edible Organic Garden. The Challenge I have set myself a challenge way beyond anything I have done before as those who know me are aware of the Trail running events and Ultra's I enter. On July 18th 2020 I will start running along the South West Coast Path from Lamorna Cove Beach West Cornwall 360 miles (579 km) to Studland Chain Ferry Sandbanks. I endeavour to complete the challenge in 10 Days, this will be challenged by the weather and the elevation gain of around 68000 feet (Everest is 29000ft).
