My Story
I've been running since the start of Lockdown 1 when the gyms closed. It's really helped me to stay happy and healthy, given me something to focus on and to keep me sane. Fresh air and exercise - what more do you need? It has been a hard slog at times, but even in the winter I kept going. I'm participating in the Race for Life this year in memory of so many people now, as we are all touched by cancer in some way at some point; my uncle, my mother in law, my friend, my nanny... so many loved ones.
