I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.

In memory of

friends and family

Cancer is happening right now, which is why my daughter and I are taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

All of us have been touched by cancer in some way, whether we’ve been directly affected or had to watch a friend or loved one go through it and 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.

I’m not a runner (in the true sense of the word) and you won’t ever find me entering any marathons but I have done the Couch to 5K programme and having walked a previous Race For Life, I’m determined to keep the momentum going and run more of the course than I walk!
I have to admit that training is proving tough....

Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure and any donation, no matter how small will help. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
