Story

So, someone with multiple physical illnesses signing up for this sounds completely bonkers and to be honest I must be mad! But I'm going to do this. It's the least I can do. I have known and loved people who have had cancer, some of whom aren't here with us anymore and I know how much it hurts to lose someone. I also know that those people were nursed with love and dignity at the hospice. This is my way of giving something back. I can't run a 5k run, I can't even walk it. But I can do this. It might be 10 mins on one day and 30 mins the next, but know that I am doing this. I'm doing it for them and I'm doing this to improve my own fitness and shift some weight too if I can!

So.. Go on, donate if you can - even £1 will be more than gratefully received! Thank you for your help, support and money!

So today is my birthday. So I'm going to boogie to music on my treadmill! It's actually really sad that I had an email last night telling me I've only got 1 week of this challenge left! So... If you fancy please donate! Birthday treadmilling has been done!

OK Forgot to update (Again!) So... Monday - 30 mins treadmill. Tuesday had issues with my knee, so no treadmill - just lots of housework (yuk), Wednesday back on The Treadmill of doom, Thursday another 40 mins on the treadmill....

Today I did NOT want to do this... but I climbed on my treadmill after putting our entire music collection on shuffle and boogied my way on my treadmill. Am now officially collapsed on the sofa!
