It is a number of years since I have taken part in ‘Race for Life’ (walking). Many of you will know that since then there have been times when even the thought of walking 5K was too much for me. This year I am taking part again and am planning to jog at least some of way so this is a real milestone! Please consider supporting me by donating to Cancer Research UK.
