My Story

Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. Julia and I aim to cycle 300 miles in the month of September. Having only started cycling in April this will be a huge challenge for me! Cancer Research UK is a cause very close to my heart and I will be pedalling harder than ever because I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference in the fight against cancer.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
