Cancer touches so many of us and our lives. Most of us have someone or have been through the battle. I have had many friends and family touched by cancer and although I am doing this for them, I am also doing it for all those who may be effected today, tomorrow or next month so that new discoveries and medications can be developed. I have completed the walk with the stars and the 5K race for life before, but never have I attempted the 5K Pretty Mudder, in fact none of my team have attempted this challenge. We are as our team name states: Virgin Mudders! We would love you to help us to raise as much as we can to support this great cause that touches so, so many people in the world.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
