In 2010 I was diagnosed with Leukaemia. I am still here today due to the research undertaken by CRUK and the trial drug that was made available to me. I can never repay my debt to the NHS and the team of people who cared for me throughout four months of treatment, but I can raise money every year by doing the Race for Life. CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
