My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Giving Page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I am so lucky that I have hope after having breast cancer. I have had 3 operations 18 weeks of chemotherapy and then radiotherapy and a lot of love and support through a very difficult time. I wanted to raise awareness of the importance of early detection in my case a mammogram. I had no signs or symptoms of breast cancer it was only detected through a routine mammogram. That mammogram has saved my life and give me hope for the future so please try and encourage others to have regular scans,tests etc,it really does make all the difference. My treatment although expensive was given willingly and there was no discussion about cost of which I am eternally grateful that I was able to have the best drugs available. Therefore I would not only like to raise awareness of early detection but I will be over the coming months,years be raising money to support cancer research so noone I know will have to go through what I have . I hope we can all be here when a cure for cancer is found and I want to be a part of that don't you x
