Over the past year, I have known 5 people with cancer, and I'm sure that you all know people too.

Over the past year, I have known 5 people with cancer. 1 is surviving with cancer. 2 are undergoing treatment. 1 died after a short and brutal fight. 1 died after deciding she had had enough of the painful treatments. That's only in the last year - I've known more, and I'm sure all of you have too.

I don't consider myself a runner, but I want to push myself personally for the cause.

If you know someone who has ever had a cancer diagnosis, anyone who has ever seen what this disease in all its various forms can do to a person, known anyone who has ever had to support someone through that journey as a carer, please consider dropping some spare change this way.

Thank you in advance <3
