My Story
I needed a motivation to exercise after not being as active during lockdown - I haven’t ran since I did Race for Life Pretty Muddy 2.5 years ago so it will be a real challenge to get race ready in just over a month with my creaky joints! As is often the case in this broken world, cancer touches so many of us directly and indirectly, causing pain and sadness and so it seemed a positive thing to do in these times to join Race for Life! Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
