I'm taking control of my health, supporting a fantastic charity & battling my sugar addiction!

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
This February I’m ditching the sweet stuff and giving up sugar for a whole month to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner.
I am addicted to sugar and a month of no chocolate, sweets or sugary lattes terrifies me!
My reliance on sugar could lead to huge health risks if I don't ditch the white stuff and I believe sugar is responsible for increasing my waist size over the past few years.
I didn't quite realise how much sugar I was putting into my body until I signed up to this challenge. Even a simple roast dinner using ready prepared veg was packed with it! This month means opening my eyes to nutrition and food labels and dedication a lot more time to prepping food!
Help me conquer my cravings by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK
