Back on the quest for more things things that make us anxious in 2017 (2015: Skydive, 2016: ShineWalk) we have decided to give up refined sugar for one month. As well as all the normal, delicious fun items, this also includes but is not limited to: sauces, packet mixes, breads, pastas and most alcohol. Looking forward to finding out more banned foods along the way. If you want to give us the cost of your favourite chocolate bar or Costa coffee, please donate and then eat a massive cake for us. Ta.
