Mmm - gonna miss my chocolate, biscuits, sweets, ice cream and cake - mmm cake... have valentines, hubby's birthday & at least 3 kids parties to attend - let alone the Christmas sweets and biscuits still sat in the cupboard.... wish me luck...
Dryathalon is something which would be easy for me as don't often drink however this is a challenge - i eat something sweet probably on a daily basis / every other day; be it a biscuit, cake, chocolate or hidden sugars in juice and food. For 28 days (glad it's a short month!) it'll be sugar free food and drink only (bar natural sugars found in fruit) and sugar free recipes when baking if i want to eat any of it! ;)
Please help me support cancer research - most people i know have been affected by cancer one way or another - friend, family or themselves. For me, i lost my nan in July 2006 to cancer and still miss her now. I also have friends who have fought and thankfully survived it. Maybe one day we can beat cancer for good.
