Oh my goodness - thank you all so much for your donations! I can't say it's been easy, it really hasn't. My oldest replacement hip has been a bit of a bugger - so I've swopped to cycling. I'm working on 20 miles a day as an equivalent, plus whatever steps I manage. I am getting plenty of inspiration from our beautiful countryside, and it's healing my soul. Thank you again XXXXX
