My Story

We all know someone who has been touched by this awful disease. In February 2017 my mom was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After an operation they removed it all with no need for further treatment. We’re waiting on her 12 month check up results. We have lost other family members and special friends to cancer and also have friends that have survived - they are the fortunate ones. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so if you feel you can spare £1 or two please click away!
