TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT ARE BEING, AND HAVE BEEN, IMPACTED BY BLOODY CANCER!!
On Friday 27th September I am swimming the length of Lake Windermere. It is a non-wetsuit swim of 10.5 miles, that should take me about 8 hours, in water that could be as cold as 15 degrees. While I was doing this swim for fun (yes I know fun!) I have decided to see if I can raise some money for the Cancer Research UK’s Stand Up to Cancer campaign. Too many good friends and family are being impacted by cancer and we need to stop letting the cancer win and start fight back! If you can help in anyway I would be very grateful. The money raised will help take breakthroughs in the lab and transforms them into treatments and cures for cancer patients who need them right now. Dig deep and donate to help beat cancer at its own game.
