Class description: This is a slow-paced class specifically designed for people who are new to yoga, but will offer options for more experienced yoga practitioners as well. We will use furniture and equipment that you can find at home to stretch the body in an alignment-based and breath-led manner. Some familiar yoga poses will be explored and broken down to ensure key alignment principles are understood and put into practice for maximum benefit.
Class date: Thursday 15 October 12:30- 13:45
Class length: 45 minutes
Class difficulty: Suitable to all levels
Equipment needed: Yoga mat and ideally a chair, a scarf or belt, a cushion.
Qualification type: Nicole qualified through a 390 hour teacher training in London and is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and RYT 200
