We will use furniture and equipment that you can find at home to stretch the body in an alignment-based and breath-led manner. Some familiar yoga poses will be explored and broken down to ensure key alignment principles are understood and put into practice for maximum benefit. Class date: Thursday 15 October 12:30- 13:45 Class length: 45 minutes Class difficulty: Suitable to all levels Equipment needed: Yoga mat and ideally a chair, a scarf or belt, a cushion.
