Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete at least 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. My plan is to ride every day or every other day and knock off the miles gradually, whatever the weather, and get myself into a healthy exercise routine which will stick beyond the challenge. I will be using the Strava app to record my progress which will automatically update this page so you can check up on how things are going.
