I’m raising money for Research into Myeloma (Bone Marrow Cancer)

My Story

Hi There, my name is Stuart & I will be 58 years old in November. For those of you that don’t know me well, I will tell you a bit about myself. In June I was diagnosed with bone marrow/ myeloma cancer, this is asymptomatic (not currently requiring treatment) Obviously this was devastating news, but I was determined not to take it lying down. I wanted to do something positive to help others and to give me a focus. I have decided to attempt running 150 km in November to raise money for Myeloma Cancer Research. Any donations large or small would be greatly appreciated especially in these uncertain times. I will update my Facebook page with a regular progress report. Thank you very much for reading my story.

CAUSE

Myeloma

Each year, around 6,200 people are diagnosed with myeloma in the UK. That’s 17 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat myeloma
