Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

We've all had family and friends that have suffered from or even died from some sort of cancer. Many more people are surviving cancer these days due to the work that Cancer Research UK are doing. This June I am walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner.

My new trainers might be made for walking, but I'm not, not these days - but that will not stop me!
Anyone that knows me will know that I suffer from severe allergies and sinus problems - staying indoors and being inactive helps me manage the worst of my pain and discomfort to a minimum.

Despite my huge problems caused by pollens, I am changing what I normally do... I will be increasing the number of steps I do a day by a factor of 10! I will be and have been going outside and getting those steps up and pushing through my own pain and discomfort to raise money for a great cause as I will walk 300,000 steps in June.

Any suffering that I will endure from the pollens outside by doing this challenge will nowhere compare to the pain and sufferring people with cancer go through. Please help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
