Steph’s Sweatember Challenge.
In memory of
Hannah Shaw
This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Three months ago I lost my beautiful friend and colleague Hannah to Cancer at the age of just 36. Hannah was such an inspirational and positive person, supporting the rest of us even when she was so ill herself. Her death at such a young age has had a big impact on me and I miss her terribly. A group of us at work have been looking to raise some money in her name for a while and think Sweatember is a great opportunity to get fit and active at the same time. Please donate what you can and I promise to get myself out there everyday and get my sweat on in her memory!
