My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. Anyone who knows me will know this is going to be a huge effort in my current condition and will have to be days of extra effort to make up the steps missed due to hospital visits and various treatments. I want to do this, not only to raise money for such a worthy cause, but to prove to myself I am still capable of doing it. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
