My Story
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. After my charity walk for the NHS I have decided to do another charity walk - this time it is in aid of Cancer Research UK. I have always wanted to do something for a cancer charity because my beloved dad died of cancer, as did my much-loved sister-in-law. I watched Dame Deborah James and it made me get up and want to help with fundraising. So on Saturday 1st of October I will be walking four times around Greenhead Park then to the Cancer Research shop in Huddersfield Town Centre and then back to the main gates of the park. Approximately 5 miles and raise as much money as I can. Please support me and you can walk some of the way with me if you like thank you so much xx

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
